   • Signs of Electrical Issues: If you notice any signs of electrical issues, such as the smell of burning, immediately unplug the device and contact our support team for assistance.

3. Environmental Precautions:

   • Protection from Moisture: Do not leave the internal electronics of the cat flap exposed to rain or other sources of moisture. Water exposure can damage the electronic components and void the warranty.

   • Indoor Use Only for Electronics: If any electronic components are designed for indoor use only, ensure they are kept indoors and away from direct exposure to weather elements.

   • Use the power adapter provided with the cat flap. Whilst other adaptors may be used, doing so should be done with care. Using an incompatible power adapter may cause damage to the device and void the warranty.

   • Monitor your pet’s interaction with the cat flap, especially during the initial period of use, to ensure they become accustomed to it safely.

   • Check the cat flap regularly for any signs of wear and tear or damage. If any parts appear damaged, cease use immediately and contact customer support.
